We accept most types of insurance, including Medicaid and state sponsored insurance plans (HMO). Feel free to give us a call to verify eligibility or any insurance related questions or concerns.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will be more than happy to file a claim for you provided we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the visit.
Please review your benefits so you are familiar with them when you arrive for your appointment. Be prepared to fill out information as accurately as possible so as not to delay your claims disbursement. Your insurance company is obligated by law to pay each claim within 30 days period. In general we file electronic claims or e-claims with your insurance to fast track processing times. As the parent and or caregiver, you are fully responsible for any remaining balance on your account after 30 days, whether benefits have been paid or not. In addition, insurance co-payments are due at the time of appointment. We anticipate that all balances indicated on your statement are promptly paid at the day of the appointment.
Our ultimate goal is to help all children in our community to access the dental care regardless of having insurance benefits or the absentee of such.
