Do You Need a Ride to a Dental Appointment?
LogistiCare is the Medicaid transportation vendor for people enrolled in Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare. Members may call them at 1-866-527-9933 to set up a transportation appointment. Members with hearing or speech difficulties may use LogistiCare’s TDD / TTY service by calling 1-866-288-3133. Call by noon at least 2 days before you need the ride.
Once your appointment is over, we can call the “Where’s My Ride” phone number at 1-866-527-9934 and ask that someone be sent to pick you up. The transportation provider should pick you up within 90 minutes from time you call them.
To report any problems with your transportation, call the LogistiCare complaint hotline at1-866-333-1735. LogistiCare also has a website where you can complete an online form and LogistiCare will respond to your issue.
